HR Business Partner

We are looking for a dynamic and people-centered HR Business Partner to support our Corporate Offices and Sales Teams within the Consumer Goods Business Unit.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both managers and team members—fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture and guiding teams through key HR processes and employee matters. You will play a vital role in promoting a supportive and compliant work environment that reflects our company values and drives business success.

About the Role

The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting and coordinating a broad range of HR programs and initiatives. Operating within established guidelines, this role collaborates closely with experienced HR professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality support across the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Provides professional HR support to both HR colleagues and line managers across a variety of operational and administrative processes—including recruitment, learning and development, organizational design, data reporting, and compliance—ensuring alignment with HR policies, processes, and legal standards.
  • Ensures all HR activities are carried out in accordance with agreed processes and policies, maintaining compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Acts as a trusted partner to managers and team members, offering expert guidance on assigned topics and recommending local improvements to enhance process delivery and employee experience.
  • Identifies and proposes localized adaptations to harmonize and improve HR service delivery.
  • Contributes actively to HR process execution, either by providing input or serving as a process team member.
  • Applies and maintains relevant HR tools and systems, ensuring high data quality and reliability.
  • Fosters a service-oriented culture, helping to meet and exceed service level agreements.
  • Serves as the first point of contact (Tier 1) for approximately 500 employees across Corporate Offices and Sales Teams, ensuring approachable and responsive HR support.
  • Manages employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints, and disciplinary actions, with empathy and professionalism.
  • Oversees white-collar terminations, ensuring accurate payment control and coordinating with external legal counsel on legal matters.
  • Coaches and trains white-collar operations partners on HR policies, processes, and programs to build capability and confidence.
  • Keeps up to date with employment law and trends, ensuring HR practices remain current and compliant.
  • Prepares and consolidate HR KPIS for monthly tracking
  • Support or leads HR related projects
  • Builds capability partnering with line managers, HR colleagues, and others business partners to jointly deliver business objectives and resolve issues. relationship building, employee/labor relations, etc.
  • Supports the internal communication plans.
  • Manages internal communication tools and programs.
  • Promotes and expands of positive employee relations in the offices.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including roles such as HR Generalist or Personnel Administration, in commercial and business center environments in Mexico.
  • 2 years prior experience in FMCG, service or pharma companies.
  • Proven ability to lead change and drive organizational transformation.
  • Comfortable working in a complex matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrates strong ethical standards and compliance, acting as a role model for integrity
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with frequent interaction in global meetings and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mid-level), especially in data analysis and budget forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering or another related field.
