Logistics Customer Complaints Specialist

This position is responsible for being the main point of contact to resolve any final consumer questions or complaints. The role is also responsible for keeping track of last mile logistics coordination as well as product deliveries and tracking.

About the Role:

This role involves being active across the supply chain working with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, warehouse, distribution and customer service to achieve the best answer and/or solutions for our customers.

What You Will Do

  • Be the main point of contact between client questions and complaints with cross-functional teams to obtain best possible outcome.

  • Responsible for e-commerce last mile logistics coordination

  • Product deliveries and handling tracking.

  • Work with clients for productivity logistics projects to achieve savings coordinating clients/customers.

  • Calculate and report main KPIs scorecard for supply chain visibility and propose improvements.

  • Coordinates information and actions with Customer Service and Supply Chain in case of out of stocks situation for internal sales

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or similar

  • Proficient negotiation and communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Team player

  • Proactive and flexible

  • Logistics or similar background

  • Strategic mindset
