Contract & Tender Specialist
About the Role
Develop, install and analyze procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective administrative support for the end to end tender and bid process.
What You Will Do
Coordination of the central contact for the preparation of extensive contracts and tenders.
Coordination and communication with the relevant departments, in particular the sales representative, Legal, Marketing.
Assessment of the importance of the request for quotation in close collaboration with the responsible KAM / AM.
Bid processing process plan and its timely adherence
Insurance of e.g. equivalence / GP calculation databases as a basis for offers and services tenders are used.
Conceptual design of reimbursement systems / bonus systems and their modulation.
Ensures the availability of dedicated analysis to the Tender & Contract Manager.
Optimization of Contract & Tender processes and participation in projects in cooperation with the Contract & Tender Manager
Who You Are
At least 5 years of similar experience is required, preferably within the medical devices/pharma industries.
Ability to identify continuous improvements opportunities.
Knowledge of tender support administration showcasing due diligence, accuracy and speed of response
Commercial oriented
Analytical skills, data orientation and strong administrative skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work with cross functional teams
Customer-focused; customer service skills
Team Collaboration, Time Management, Adaptability, Continuous Improvement mindset
Written and oral communication skills
English skills are desirable.
