Amazon Operations Specialist – Europe
This is a one year fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover).

About the role:

In this role, you will support the execution of the Professional Hygiene (Tork) Amazon Europe sales strategy. You will ensure day‑to‑day operational excellence across the order‑to‑cash process while supporting various projects. Working across multiple countries and functions, you will help secure availability, coordinate reliable stock inflow, resolve operational defects, and support a consistent approach across European markets.

What you will do:
Amazon Operations Coordination: Ensure smooth order fulfilment by partnering with Logistics and Supply Chain teams, tracking availability risks and proposing actions to stabilize performance. Manage and resolve operational issues such as delivery defects, shortages and appointment rejections, coordinating closely with Amazon Vendor Central teams.
Defect & Chargeback Management: Monitor Amazon defect and chargebacks reports, drive corrective actions and follow‑ups to reduce financial and service impact.
Order‑to‑Cash Support: Collaborate with Finance and Customer Service on invoice investigations, payment holds and data inconsistencies.
Performance Insights: Use internal and external data and analytics tools (e.g., Excel and Power BI) to identify trends, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions for recurring operational issues.
Continuous Improvement: Track recurring issues, document actions and support ongoing process improvements to enhance operational execution.
Projects: Collaborates with the team and cross-functionals on various projects, each in their fields to execute on e.g. product launches, market expansions and deal events.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
Proven experience in Amazon 1P operations or broader e‑commerce operations, including coordinating operational processes.
Skilled in working with Amazon Vendor Central around purchase orders, shipments, defects and case management.
Comfortable using Excel and BI tools for analysis.
A structured and detail‑oriented problem solver who communicates effectively, builds partnerships across functions, and works confidently in an international matrix environment.
Additional languages such as French are a plus.
Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
