Regional Marketing Manager ANZ

We’re seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager – Health & Medical ANZ to lead the next phase of growth across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a senior leadership role with end‑to‑end accountability for marketing strategy, portfolio performance, go‑to‑market execution and commercial outcomes, including sales, gross margin and EBITA.

About the Role:
Reporting to the ANZ Managing Director, this role sits at the center of the business. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, eCommerce and regional and global teams to deliver profitable, sustainable growth.
This role suits a commercially minded marketing leader from the healthcare, medical devices or MedTech sector who thrives in a matrixed environment and enjoys turning strategy into meaningful results.
What You Will Do:
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact - shaping how our Health & Medical portfolio (compression, orthopaedics and compression) grows across Australia and New Zealand, while leading a talented and passionate marketing team. You will:
Take ownership of revenue, margin and EBITA performance across the Health & Medical portfolio
Bring global strategy to life locally, creating marketing and growth plans that resonate in the ANZ market
Unlock growth through thoughtful portfolio optimization, pricing, innovation and channel strategy
Work closely with Sales to strengthen demand generation, improve conversion and support strong in‑market execution
Help shape and accelerate ANZ eCommerce and digital growth in partnership with the eCommerce team
Lead integrated marketing activity across brands, channels and customer segments
Deliver impactful product launches, relaunches and lifecycle initiatives that support customer and commercial outcomes
Develop clear, compelling value propositions informed by clinical insight, customer needs and commercial understanding
Support confident decision‑making through accurate forecasting across products, channels and countries
Adapt and localize global campaigns and assets to maximize relevance and impact for ANZ customers
Lead, coach and support a high‑performing marketing team (5 direct and 1 indirect report), creating space for growth and development
Build marketing capability across insight generation, analytics and ROI discipline
Encourage strong cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Operations and other key partners
Work effectively within a regulated environment, supporting senior management responsibilities under ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems

Who You Are:
You’re a strategic and commercially astute marketing leader who enjoys working in complex, regulated environments and translating insight into action. You bring a collaborative mindset and are comfortable influencing at senior levels across local and global teams. You bring:
5+ years of proven senior marketing leadership experience, ideally within Health, Medical Devices, MedTech or related B2B/B2B2H environments
A strong track record of profitable growth, portfolio performance and innovation execution
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link marketing investment to business results
Experience influencing senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations
A strategic, analytical and execution‑focused leadership style
At least 4-5 years of demonstrated people leadership capability
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline
Postgraduate business qualifications desirable, but not essential
